Introduction to the process of distributing PCR paperwork (A.R. 104.05)

• Original, CFD copy (top) Returned to station
• 1st copy to state Returned to station
• 2nd copy to billing (yellow) Returned to station
• 3rd copy to E.D. Left at hospital for Pt. records
• 4th copy (hard) Left in lower slot of billing box
• Signed medical necessity form to station with original, 1st, & 2nd copy
• Unsigned medical necessity left in bin next to billing box (eff. 1-1-05)

Equipment on rescues:

• Trial cot on X-7
• Sternal IO
• Blood draw

Lt. Manning is working on a new smaller version of the drug boxes

Effective 1-1-05, Dr. Thissell will be the new CFD medical director.
